1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the slo12 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and that you unconditionally accept its terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

slo12 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2.Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account on slo12, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. slo12 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated funds may be forfeited pending review.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete personal details during registration. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.

3.Deposits and Withdrawals

slo12 supports multiple payment methods tailored for the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others as listed on the platform.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. Unverified accounts may face withdrawal holds.
• slo12 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile banking networks, or banking system maintenance periods.

All monetary amounts on slo12 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the account holder.

4.Bonuses and Promotions

slo12 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following rules:

• Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. These are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable rollover conditions have been met.

5.Game Rules and Fair Play

• The account has been compromised, used by an unauthorized third party, or is involved in money laundering or illegal activity.

8.Intellectual Property

All content published on slo12.vin, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of slo12 or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

The slo12 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the sole property of slo12. Nothing on this platform grants you any right to use these marks without express written permission.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slo12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Specific limitations include:

• slo12 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages on the player's end during live gameplay.
• slo12 accepts no liability for losses or damages resulting from the player's own decisions, gambling choices, or misuse of the platform.
• In all cases, slo12's maximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Agreement entirely. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
